Magazine Design

The design of your magazine is what will attract the audience to read it. It includes the photography that you want in your magazine. 

The process starts when you gather all the editorial materials to be able to create the best layouts for you. 

• First you must read the copy which you will lay out. This gives you some ideas which will help you with your work. To have a good magazine your design needs to follow the tone and voice of the story.
• Next you'll examine the images. It's best to work with your image editor to find the best images for you and also have some in reserve in case you want to replace the one you originally have. These photos should compliment your story, work well with the test, and emphasize topics that look good in your magazine.
• Lastly, you will prepare your template. This'll give you an idea of how your design will look. Creating sketches is one of the many easy ways to help you work on your ideas for your magazine. This gives you a way to visualize the layout and put it down on paper. Think about the choice of colors that should follow the tone of the article.
